New testing technology research

Due to the needs of the industry situation and the company as a whole eager to study and learn new technology, on June 30, we invited Shanghai Olympus factory technical adviser to our company to guide again.

 

 

       

The technique adviser mainly on ultrasonic guided wave testing, corrosion testing, eddy current array testing to train and guide our company staff with the process theory, equipment debugging and the scene application examples, and brought specially the corrosion probes, flexible probe etc. This time, our company employees all join and discuss with the technique adviser for technical methods in a lot of concrete problems existing in the practical application has carried on the exchange and study of the more profound, and the scene on the equipment for practical operation in order to deepen the impression. Finally, for the stainless steel testing methods was further discussed with the adviser and verified the research results on the simulated test block.

 

In this study, we not only deepened the ultrasonic guided wave testing, corrosion testing, eddy current array understanding and cognition, more is that it ignited our desire for new technology to continuously explore and research, to strengthen our confident and determination to do the industry leader.
