Since early last year introduce the Olympus Omni Scan MX2 equipment, my company has been in phased array testing technology research and application, due to encounter some technique problems, so specially invite Shanghai factory technique advisor to my company on-the-spot guidance.

Through three days of phased array study, it not only solves the problems that existed before, but also has a more comprehensive understanding of the use performance of the equipment.

In this training, we have made a breakthrough in the field of phased array testing of stainless steel trail tubes, and the defects of the simulated specimens can be testing one by one. At first, due to the large grain size, the clutter reflection is too much to not distinguish the image formed by the defected and grain reflected. Later, through the guidance of the experts and the efforts of the people, the clutter was finally reduced to a minimum and the defective images were identified.

The breakthrough of this technology has opened a good beginning for our company to engage in stainless steel testing.
