【New starting point】Successfully completed the special inspection approval review work

Since 2020, Qinhuangdao Bocheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. has been actively preparing for the approval of special equipment inspection and testing agencies as one of the company's key tasks in the past two years. In order to ensure the successful completion of the forensic task, the company established a working group, advanced planning, precise construction, and enterprise quality precipitation, which made the company a higher improvement in the establishment of resource conditions and quality system. Through active preparations, the company successfully passed the testing ability verification and on-site appraisal review by the expert group of the China Special Equipment Safety and Energy Promotion Association.

During the proficiency testing review period from December 26 to 27, 2020, the expert team will adopt the methods of checking, watching, asking, listening, and evaluating to establish and implement the relevant quality management systems involved in the CG and TOFD projects approved by this application; Test items such as pressure vessels, test tubes, and test panels involved in the testing capabilities have undergone on-site testing capabilities verification. The company's proficiency testing team has completed the testing of multiple test pieces accurately and efficiently with superb skills and professional attitude.

During the on-site appraisal and review period from March 13th to 14th, 2021, the expert team conducted group reviews in accordance with the four aspects of resource conditions, the establishment and implementation of the quality management system, and the quality of inspection work. It is agreed that the company's overall resources meet the approval requirements, the system is effective, the technical regulations meet the standard requirements, and the overall audit requirements are met.

Through full review, the expert group fully affirmed the company's measures in terms of standardizing internal management, strict technical control, promoting technological innovation, and deepening personnel training. At the same time, the expert group put forward rectification opinions and suggestions on the problems found, and gave guidance on strengthening quality control details such as statistical analysis of quality data.
