The acquisition of this certificate signifies that the service projects of Bocheng Engineering Technology are in compliance with the relevant regulations and procedures of China Classification Society, and confirmed that it meets the Relevant provisions of the Guidance on Management of Accreditation and Personnel Qualifications, the Z17 "ProcedureRequirements for Service Providers" uniformly required by the International Classification Society and the "Administrative Measures for Ship Inspection and Inspection Services" of the Maritime Safety Administration. It provides the company with qualification guarantee for the future non-destructive testing of ships and marine products and steel structures above the water surface of offshore facilities.

2.Advanced  testing  equipment

Equipment is the enterprise scale and level of modernization of a basic logo, with the increasing competition in the market, reform has become a new normal, many companies are trying to explore their new direction, in order to seek to update a bigger development,our company constantly seeking new development opportunity, to introduce new equipment, insist on a high starting point, high input, high-quality technology development strategy, further improve the modernization level of technical equipment. On November 12, 2019,our company successfully introduced the latest product of flaw detector series -- OmniScan X3, which was shockily released by Olympus on October 30, 2019.

Our company has sufficient testing equipment resources, including ray machines, ultrasonic detectors and thickness gauges, magnetic particle flaw detectors, diffraction time difference detection technology (TOFD), phased array ultrasonic detection technology (PAUT) and otherrelated detection equipment. The testing equipment is well-equipped with advanced equipment at home and abroad, to ensure the validity and professionalism of the test results.

Our company has more than 60 employees, with high quality, strong ability and reasonable personnel structure. In recent years, our company absorbs a large number of testing related professional college or higher education outstanding talent. Our company not only pays attention to the knowledge level of employees, but also pays attention to the training and improvement of the ability of testing personnel. Over the years, through unremitting persistence and efforts, our company has invested abundant human and material resources to train a large number of employees with various and diversified testing capabilities, and obtained the corresponding certificates. Company existing NDT test 7 senior personnel, advanced test certificates in 17, the rest of the inspection personnel all holdⅡgrade certificate, containing China classification society (CCS), special equipment, mechanical engineering society, national defense science and technology, CSWIP inspection qualification certificate, etc.

The radiation inspectors all have the primary and intermediate certificates of the Qualification Certificate for Post Training for Radiation Workers issued by the relevant environmental protection department. Theemployment status of personnel holding certificates fully complies with the relevant legal requirements of the People's Republic of China's Work Safety Law and the State Environmental Protection Administration's Regulations on the Management of Posts for Radiation Workers.

4.Adequate safety equipment

5.Abundant technical personnel reserve

6.Application of PAUT / TOFD technology

Following the development of science and technology,our company has invested a lot of money in training talents and purchasing equipment. And for the projects of different projects, the corresponding non-destructive testing procedures are prepared and approved by the corresponding classification society. [1] PAUT, TOFD technical approval-LR Classification Society

From January 7th to 9th, 2019, LR Class specially invitedour company's technical staff to conduct PAUT and TOFD training for Maersk Shipowners and the quality management staff of Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Group. The technical staff ofour company introduced the basic principles of PAUT and TOFD technology to the trainees, compared with the advantages of traditional detection methods, and conducted on-site operation inspection of simulated test tubes and simulated test plates. The technicians are skilled in instrument operation, fast detection speed, high defect detection rate and intuitive display. They respond accurately to the questions raised during the operation process, and have been recognized by LR Classification Society experts and highly praised.

[2] PAUT code on-site certification -- ABS classification society

On May 7, 2019, ABS Classification Society conducted an on-site audit and technical exchange ofour company's phased array detection technology. The on-site audit was a demonstration of the operation of 3.5-80mm stainless steel tube / plate and 3.5-8mm carbon steelthin-walled plate.Our company's inspectors have successfully detected various defects on the simulated test pieces, and have been approved by the classification society experts.

7.Proud technical achievements and honors

On January 9, 2019, the unveiling ceremony of Bocheng Engineering Technology and Olympus Beijing Sales Service Co., Ltd. strategic cooperation was successfully held in the company's office building. Olympus has formed a strategic partner and jointly established a laboratory to push the application and research of non-destructive testing technology to a new height.

On May 30, 2019, our company sent a representative to participate in the 11th Annual Meeting of the Liaoning Non-Destructive Testing Society held in Dandong. An employee representative presented a paper entitled "Application Cases of TOFD Detection of Butt Welds with Uneven Thickness of Thick Plates" at the academic annual meeting, and won an excellent paper award. At the same time, the paper was published in the journal "Nondestructive Testing".

On June 25, 2019, our company sent representatives to participate in the 2019 Far East Nondestructive Testing Forum held in Qingdao. Employee representatives published a paper entitled "Research on Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing of Austenitic Stainless Steel Welds" in the New Technology Forum, and exchanged ideas with a number of experts at the Offshore Session. The paper was published in the Far East Nondestructive Testing Forum publication. During the same period, the company also participated in the "2019 Far East Forum Cup Winners Cup Competition" and attacked the 7 # platform with phased array ultrasonic detection technology, and successfully attacked.

On September 18, 2019, our company sent a representative to participate in the "2019 Liaoning Provincial Staff Skills Competition and the Provincial Special Equipment Nondestructive Testing Skills Competition".
